Defect Description

Onboarding process isn't seamless - the voice prompt bot isn't responsive enough and typing would've been easier The details on the review information page are too much for a layman (there should be prompts and options to let the user know what to choose) Chat bot isn't effective yet - The whatsapp model keeps asking for email address even when already shared, and the website version is just stuck on pre-programmed answers, not intuitive And we should be able to upload more than one document per bug found, the QA page is only set to flow for a bug
