Defect Description
Consultations call module didn’t align with users expectation (moblie web iOS)
Precondition
Testing Device
Mobile
Steps to Recreate
Click on features icon =
Click on consultations
Click on free call or call icon
Expected Result
Consultations “ free call to your clinic” They should be a pop up or notification like “calling clinic or Dialing “ till call is connected
Actual Result
Clicking on free call to your clinic redirect or takes user to Health Assistance,then require login ,when user login again it takes user back to health assistance…without calling it’s stated call not chat
