Defect Description
The close icon at the top right corner could not close the webpage
Precondition
User must be on the homepage
Testing Device
Desktop
Steps to Recreate
1. Launch URL
2. On the homepage, attempt to close the webpage using the close icon(x)
Expected Result
User should be able to close the webpage by clicking on the close icon
Actual Result
The close icon is not activated
