Defect Description
Chat bubbles displayed for two mins but no response from suncture. It worked perfectly fine yesterday. I wanted to join a clinic, but I was asked to sign up again when I already have an account. I tried logging in but it was unsuccessful and the sign up button wasn't working.
Precondition
Immediate response from suncture. Make use of other features.

Steps to Recreate
Users should be given privileged to access other features without having to sign up again
Expected Result
A response from structure Getting an OTP when I wanted to sign in I should be able to log in successfully since I already have an account
Actual Result
No response from Suncture OTP wasn't sent I was asked to sign up again because my log in was unsuccessful
