Defect Description

Chat box loading….No response

Steps to Recreate

1.Click on the @ button (health assistant) 2.Type message

Expected Result

Expected behavior: client message should be replied immediately or a prompt (eg. bot message) delivered, up until a support representative is active…instead of keeping the client waiting

Actual Result

Actual behavior: I sent a message 9:39am and up until 9:49 am (10mins gone) even till now ,no response just that •••loading icon swinging
