Defect Description

The 'help/support' field is not activated

Precondition

User must be on their dasboard

Testing Device

Desktop

Steps to Recreate

1. Launch URL 2. Go to log in 3. Input valid email and valid password 4. Scroll down the dashboard 5. Click on 'help/support'

Expected Result

1. 'help/support' field should be responsive 2. User should be able to access customer rep

Actual Result

The 'help/support' is not responsive
