Defect Description

1. When attempting to join a clinic (Genesis One), a message(adding you to clinic) is displayed confirming the action. However, the clinic does not appear in the "My Clinics" list as expected. This creates confusion for users and suggests that the join action may not have completed successfully in the backend or that the UI failed to refresh/update.

Precondition

- I am logged in. - "Genesis One" Clinic is available to join. - No network issues during action. - I haven't previously joined the clinic.

Steps to Recreate

1. Log into the application as a valid user. 2. Navigate to clinics and under that select discover. 3. Click on the Genesis One clinic and subsequently click "add clinic" and choose the free plan. 4. Observe the message. 5. Navigate to the "My Clinics" section to check.

Expected Result

"Genesis One" should appear in the "My Clinics" list after the sequence.

Actual Result

it said adding to clinic, but "Genesis One" does not show up in "My Clinics."
