Defect Description
When I try using the chat bot the website keep refreshing all over and doesn't allow me to have a conversation on the chatbot
Precondition
The chatbot was at a fixed position until I tried typing in the chatbot, the whole interface kept on refreshing.

Desktop
Steps to Recreate
Sign in as a user and you might have the same issue
Expected Result
I should have been able to have a conversation on the chatbot
Actual Result
No conversations happened in the chatbot
