Bin icon (delete) ( mobile web) No alert notification

Steps to Recreate
Click on @ icon
Click on Bin Icon
Expected Result
The should be an alert notification e.g Do you want to delete chat? Dismiss or delete
Actual Result
When user clicks on the bin icon it clears chat and clicking on it again brings back just the Health Assistant prompt message (more like redo/undo)
