Defect Description

Chat bot box and send arrow not responsive (moblie web)

Precondition

I was able to use the chat box to send a message,process of waiting for reply,I couldn’t use the chat box

Steps to Recreate

1.Click on @ icon (health assistant) 2.Type a message 3.Waiting for reply 4.Try to type another message (but couldn’t)

Expected Result

Chat box and send arrow should be visible…. In case a client wants to type multiple messages (i.e send messages bit by bit)

Actual Result

while waiting for chat support reply … the chat space and send arrow is not responsive(not highlighted)…. What if I want to send multiple messages
