Defect Description
The AI Health Assistant on the website is really taking long to respond. I typed "Hello" and there has been no response for a good minute
Precondition
User is logged into the website and has accessed the AI Health Assistant chat interface.
Testing Device
Desktop
Steps to Recreate
User click on the chatbot Icon on the website
AI Assistant sends a message "Hello! 👋 I'm your holistic health assistant. How are you feeling today?"
User responds
AI assistant takes forever to respond back
Expected Result
There should be a fast response
Actual Result
AI assistant takes forever to respond back. It's actually fine on mobile
